Site Manager

The Site Manager is the lead mentor and operational heart of our sports facility. You'll ensure every child has a safe, high-energy environment while guiding our coaching staff to maintain OpenRoster's standards of character and athletic excellence.

  • Oversee facility operations and athletic programming.
  • Mentor and lead our team of sports coaches.
  • Foster community and parent engagement.
  • Drive character-building initiatives across all age groups.

Organized, experienced leaders with a deep-rooted passion for youth sports and mentorship. You lead by example both on and off the field.

Your own reliable transportation is required for this position.

ORA Sports Academy Coach 

As an After-School Coach, you are the highlight of a student's day. You'll lead high-energy drills and foster a team environment that builds confidence and athletic skill.

  • Lead daily sports drills and skill-building activities for K-8 students.
  • Create a positive, inclusive environment where every child feels successful.
  • Implement character-building lessons focused on resilience and teamwork.
  • Who this is for?  College students or young adults who are naturally good with kids, calm under pressure, and good at leading groups.
  • Former coaches, camp counselors, teachers-in-training, or childcare experience is a plus!
  • Your own reliable transportation is required for this position.

MVP Party Captain

As an MVP Host, you are the energy of the celebration. Your job is simple: make every birthday party feel like the most fun day of the year.

You’ll lead fast-paced sports games, keep kids engaged and included, and turn an ordinary party into a high-energy, unforgettable experience.

You’re not just running activities—you’re setting the tone, building confidence, and making sure every kid feels like part of the action.

Parents relax. Kids go all-in. You run the show.

  • Lead sports games and activities for kids

  • Keep groups engaged, active, and included

  • Create a fun, organized, high-energy party experience

  • Help deliver a special “MVP moment” for the birthday child

  • People who are responsible, calm under pressure, and good at leading groups

  • Former coaches, camp counselors, teachers-in-training, or childcare experience is a plus

  • Outgoing, positive personalities who still know how to stay structured and in control

  • This is not a performance or entertainment role—it’s about creating a fun, safe, well-run experience for kids.

Sport Camp Coach

Lead high-octane seasonal camps where sports technique meets team building. We are looking for high-energy role models who can inspire kids through drills, games, and character-building moments.

  • Lead daily sports drills and competitive games for various age groups.
  • Cultivate a positive camp culture focused on sportsmanship and resilience.
  • Ensure a safe, inclusive, and fun environment for all campers.
  • Ideal candidate: Passionate athlete with experience in camp settings and youth mentorship.
